Briquetting is a process during which raw materials are compressed under
high pressure and high temperature. After the processing of drying and
pressing, the briquette is characterized by high density, small in size,
better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood.
The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under
high pressure and temperature.
Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding,
compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes. During
this process, no binder needs to be used. So the outputting briquette is a
type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and
what raw materials can be used for the charcoal making machine?
the raw materials are wide for the charcoal making machine, most of
organic bio agro wastes can be used to make stick charcoal like, wood sawdust, rice husk, rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalk, wheat bran, coco nut shells, olive waste, sunflower waste, bamboo waste, corn cob and so on. we can see that the raw materials for the charcoal briquette machine is very wide and very easy to find around us.we can use these waste and turn them into value.but before we use these wastes,we have to handle them a little simply, such as using a hammer mill shredder to make them into around 3mm powder, and control the moisture content at about 7–12%.,hammer mill shredder is also used together with a pellet mill to make wood pellets or animal feed pellets
